We are so excited to announce that this year Sing Up Club recorded a song called 'The Seeds of Change' which was written by Karen Braysher. This song was released on all major platforms. Musical Zoo Family Workshop

Musical Zoo Family Workshop Saturday 15 October 11am St John’s Smith Square Tickets: £5

Join the musicians of Southbank Sinfonia for a unique musical experience – visiting the musical zoo! You’ll have the chance to meet lots of different families of instruments and can even have a go at playing some of them too. You’re also very welcome to bring your own instrument and play along with the musicians from the orchestra in our big musical celebration. Don’t miss out! This workshop is ideal for children aged 5–11 years, but parents and grandparents can have just as much fun too. All instruments and all ability levels are welcome at the Musical Zoo (from Beginner Bassoonists to Pro Percussionists, and everything in between!). If you don’t play an instrument or don’t have your own, no problem! There will be plenty of percussion instruments available for you to borrow, and the wonderful Southbank musicians will be on hand to show you how to use it. You can book online using the link below:

National Youth Choir

National Youth Boys and Girls Choir 2022 (ages 9- 15) If you have a passion and talent for singing with others that you want to take to the highest level, along with a readiness to learn, then you might be interested in auditioning for the National Youth Boys and Girls Choir. Choir members receive the best choral training possible including unbeatable opportunities to develop skills in music, performance, recording, leadership and teamwork, and to grow in confidence and aspiration. They sing alongside the most gifted young singers in the UK, developing their skills to the highest level, as well as having plenty of fun and making life-long friends. Auditions are now open until the 13th October 2022. If you would like to find out more information about what it is like to be part of the National Youth Choir there is a free open event on Thursday 29 September. 4:00pm - 5:15pm.
